This is a 6-week in-season training program designed to help you:
This 6-week program will consist of 3 workouts per week each designed with an emphasis on building and maintaining strength while getting after all of your winter activities. Each workout should take about 45-60 minutes to complete.
Workouts will include a warm-up, 2 strength sets, and a cooldown. This program has more of an emphasis on building and maintaining strength than the 6-Week Ski Fit Program. Since you’ll be getting a ton of aerobic work with ski season being here, we wanted our program to compliment your ski season and help you stay strong and fit in-season.
