Each exercise we do, has a specific thing we are looking achieve. With each exercise we do, there is a full range of motion associated with it that is optimal for that particular exercise.
It has been awhile since we tested some heavy singles…So we may as well take advantage of it. Three of our strength days are going to be based off of what we tested.
The 2025 Targhee Athletics Health Challenge is coming to a conclusion. Hopefully it has been a success, in helping make some sustainable changes, creating new and improved habits and just generally wholesome and good.
