I'm so excited that I joined Targhee Athletics over a year ago! The support I have received to help heal and strengthen my back and body has been priceless.

Working with Dayne and Josh I also was able to reach a huge goal of mine outside of the gym, biking the 120km Fat Pursuit. If your looking to get stronger, feel like part of a family and get a great workout look no further! Also if you are looking for one on one programs they have that too! It’s hard to put into words how amazing this gym is! The programming is so world class that nothing I’ve ever encountered even comes close to it.

All the coaches are incredible humans and really go the extra mile with demonstrating, feedback and personal touch. You won’t find a better gym in Teton Valley or anywhere for that matter.

Best of the best! I joined Targhee Athletics a little over a year ago after permanently moving into Teton Valley. I cannot begin to say how great it has been to become a member of this community. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and always encouraging.

The classes are fun and always challenging and there are opportunities for unique challenges to mix it up and continue to challenge yourself. I love the classes because everyone challenges and encourages each other - and the coaches are always there to make certain you are executing the exercises correctly, and safely. There are always mods available if you have an injury or need to vary an exercise. Classes provide an intense variety mix of aerobic activity and strength building exercises.

"Trained here for a few weeks while traveling and it was just what we needed! This gym has extremely helpful coaches and the nicest/most welcoming members.

Good size classes for more personalized attention. Very clean and beautiful space, you can see the mountains while the garage doors are open. Really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend!
