We recommend that you sign up for the customized 60 day challenge where a coach will help you more in-depth with your nutrition and health goals.

Do I have to follow the nutrition guidelines provided in the ebook?

No, you don't HAVE to do anything we provide you but we recommend it! If you want to do a specific diet for the duration of the 60 days that is fine the goal is that you invest in yourself for the next 60 days and establish habits that ultimately lead to a favorable transformation. You can follow whatever you want in the end, we are not judging the winners off their transformations.

I'm visiting the Tetons, can I sign-up for a drop-in workout?

In Driggs or Victor for a visit? We love having visitors! If you would like to drop-in to a class, please reserve and purchase your $25 drop-in in advance by clicking here. Is there a low-impact version?

Yes! We will be providing low-impact variations of exercises and workouts to accommodate your needs.

What if I have an injury?

We have a ton of experience modifying around injuries. All movements can be modified to your ability and we can work around most injuries. We also advise you to make sure your doctor or physical therapist clears you for working out.

What if I am gone for a week?

You will have access to the workouts and can follow along from afar! If you are gone for more than a week we can send you the online version as well which can be done with limited equipment (insert hotel gym!).

What if I miss a day?

You have 3 classes a week. If you can't make it one day you are more than welcome to come any day that week. The "Ski Fit" specific programming is on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, but we also have amazing workouts that happen on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays that you can do if you can't make it on a Monday, Tuesdays, or Thursday.

How do I get started with training at targhee athletics?

Step 1? Book your No Sweat Intro with our team to get familiarized with the gym, our programming format and group class schedule. Once you have an active membership, you'll be able to register for workouts through our class app, Pike13.

What is your cancellation policy?

For all morning classes before 9:30am, you must cancel by 8pm the night before. All proceeding classes must be canceled 2 hours prior the start of class. *Failure to cancel will result in a $5 Cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

What is your no-show policy?

A $10 fee will be applied if you are registered for a class but do not attend it ('No Show') without canceling in advance.

Can I put my gym membership on hold?

We can place any unlimited membership on hold for 14-60 days within a calendar year. To request a hold, complete the form at: www.targheeathletics.com/hold-request *Please note, the hold request form must be completd a minimum of 2 days prior to the hold dates. We are unable to provide retroactive holds on your membership.
