Our CrossFit program follows a structured progression, typically organized into 4–6 week blocks. While rooted in classic CrossFit methodology focused on improving metabolic fitness, we also draw inspiration from leading experts across the strength and conditioning world. The result is a well-rounded, intelligently designed program that builds general physical preparedness and supports long-term progress for athletes of all levels.
Our Endurance class delivers a high-energy, full-body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, medballs, plyometrics, core training, stability work, and more. With no barbells or heavy lifting, this class is accessible, fun, and scalable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to improve conditioning or simply break a sweat in a supportive environment, Endurance offers a challenging yet inclusive experience.
Durability is a total-body strength and conditioning class designed to build foundational strength, improve joint resilience, and support longevity in movement. Each session blends compound lifts, accessory work, and cardiovascular training, making it ideal for those who want a strength-focused class with broad benefits. Programmed in 4-week cycles, it offers a clear path for progress—but you can jump in anytime and still feel right at home. Great for all ages and adjustable in intensity, Durability helps you stay strong, capable, and ready for anything.
Designed for young athletes ages 12–17, this program builds a solid foundation in strength, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning to prepare for winter sports and support long-term athletic development. With a focus beyond just sport-specific skills, our training helps youth perform their best while staying healthy and resilient.
