Winter is here—time to gear up for ski season! Our progressive 6-week strength and conditioning program is built to get you slope-ready, whether you're skiing or snowboarding. With three workouts per week, you'll build strength, endurance, and resilience to elevate your performance on the mountain. Join the Targhee Athletics community of motivated skiers and snowboarders and get ready for your strongest winter yet.
Who is this for? This program is suitable for anyone looking to get in shape for the ski season, regardless of age or experience. All workouts can be customized and adapted to accommodate any limitations or current injuries.
If you are a current member you do not need to purchase Ski Fit!
• 3 sport-specific training sessions per week for 6 weeks.
• You can catch the Ski Fit program during all classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
•A structured progressive program designed specifically to prepare you for the upcoming winter season.
• Coach-led classes to ensure proper form and appropriate intensity.
• A community of like-minded individuals, all geared up for the ski season!
• Your own accountability coach!
Once a week you will receive a check-in with your accountability coach. This is a great tool to use, as it can help you stay on track with the workouts and ask any questions you may have. Your coach will ensure you are getting the most out of your 6-week program.
Winter is here, and it’s time to gear up for the ski season! This progressive, 6-week strength and conditioning program (3 days per week) is designed to get you in top shape for your skiing and snowboarding goals. Best of all, it’s perfect for at-home workouts with minimal equipment (see recommended equipment list below).
You have 3 classes a week. If you can't make it one day you are more than welcome to come any day that week. The "Ski Fit" specific programming is on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, but we also have amazing workouts that happen on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays that you can do if you can't make it on a Monday, Tuesdays, or Thursday.
