Happy Halloween! Almost Thanksgiving, this time of year always goes by so fast. Soon there will be a whole bunch of snow on the ground. In preparation for the inevitable onslaught of winter, our ski day will be continuing on, but with a little bit different format, so no more leg blasters in class this year. We are going to keep our work capacity day, but play with the exercises and work to rest intervals a little bit. There will be a couple new exercises that we are going to try this next cycle, a single leg anti rotational lunge, the jefferson curl and a two handed version of the single leg deadlift. We are keeping the tempo strength work, and keep working hard to stay balanced and continue on the path of progress.
