Youth Strength and Conditioning Class
When: Winter Season December 2nd - March 18th.
Mondays and Wednesdays after school 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Who: Youth age 12-17
Our Youth Program is an opportunity for athletes, ages 12-17, to focus on strength and conditioning.
The main focus of this program is to help develop a strong foundation for young athletes. We do this through the development of midline strength, mobility, and coordination, with additional skills such as speed and agility work. We feel strongly that creating the right atmosphere is one of the key components to having a successful training program. Our Youth Program will provide a platform for young athletes to not only gain competence within their fitness, but also help develop communication, character and teamwork.
With our Youth Program, we prioritize safety of movement, as well as consistent demonstration of proper technique and mechanics.
$269 for the winter season (Dec 2nd - March 18th)
$120 for 10 punch card*
