Youth Strength and Conditioning Class
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30-4:30 pm
*Starting Tuesday, September 19th!
Who: Youth ages 10-16
What: Our Youth Program is an opportunity for athletes, ages 10-16, to focus on strength and conditioning.
The main focus of this program is to help develop a strong foundation for young athletes. We do this through the development of midline strength, mobility, and coordination, with additional skills such as speed and agility work. We feel strongly that creating the right atmosphere is one of the key components to having a successful training program. Our Youth Program will provide a platform for young athletes to not only gain competence within their fitness but also help develop communication, character, and teamwork.
With our Youth Program, we prioritize the safety of movement, as well as a consistent demonstration of proper technique and mechanics.
$288 for Unlimited Visits for the Semester
Semester Dates: 9/19 - 12/14
No classes November 21st & 23rd over Thanksgiving week
$139 for 10 punch card*
*Expires within 90 days, no exceptions.
$16 for a Youth Class drop-in
Other things to note:
Classes will be limited to 16 spaces.
