Youth Athletic Performance Training

When: 8-Week Program September 30th - November 20th
Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30 pm
Who: Youth ages 12-17
What: This class is designed to prepare athletes for their winter sports season by building a strong general foundation in various capacities including, strength, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning. Our goal is to enhance each athlete’s long-term athletic development. Growing bodies require more than just sport-specific skills, so we focus on equipping youth athletes by broadening their athletic development so they can perform at their best while staying healthy for the long term.

Pricing: ​$260
​$20 drop-in if the class is not full. This will only be available after the 8-week session has begun.
