Youth Strength and Conditioning Class
When: Starts Tuesday, May 19th.
Tuesdays: 10:45 am & 3:00 pm
Thursdays: 10:45 am & 3:00 pm
Who: Youth age 12-17
Our Youth Program is an opportunity for athletes, ages 12-17, to focus on strength and conditioning.
The main focus of this program is to help develop a strong foundation for young athletes. We do this through the development of midline strength, mobility, and coordination, with additional skills such as speed and agility work. We feel strongly that creating the right atmosphere is one of the key components to having a successful training program. Our Youth Program will provide a platform for young athletes to not only gain competence within their fitness but also help develop communication, character, and teamwork.
With our Youth Program, we prioritize the safety of movement, as well as a consistent demonstration of proper technique and mechanics.
The youth classes will be following the same protocol as all classes being held at Targhee Athletics. We will be maintaining social distancing and ensuring cleanliness protocols. $80/month for unlimited Youth Classes.
$120 for 10 punch card*
*Expires within 90 days.
$15 for a Youth Class drop-in
Other things to note:
Classes will be limited to 10 spaces.
Mandatory online sign-up!
The morning and afternoon programs will be the same, you can attend either class.
