- Get everything in the 60 Day Challenge but add a customized nutrition protocol! Work with a coach indiviudally to help you set your nutrition based goals. We will use specialized software to set your nurition goals, help you stay on track with weekly check-ins, and help adjust your goals and macros as you go through the 60 days.
The 60 Day Challenge:
A points-based health challenge that will help you develop habits to help you improve your body composition, fitness, well-being, and overall health.

- Every 10 days of the challenge we will raffle off a prize to one of the members from the winning team.
- Teams: Sign up for the team class time that you attend the most. If you don't know or are not an active member of the gym please enter "Other" and we will assign you a team.

We are dividing the teams up into class times! Below is the list of teams. We encourage you to sign up under the Team Time that you are most consistent with. If you come to a variety of different class times you can pick whichever team you would like to be on or select "other" when you sign up and we will assign you a team.
