Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Who: Teton Valley Composite Team!


8-week pre-season training program for the Teton Valley Composite team. This 8-week program is designed to build a foundation of functional strength and metabolic capacity for the upcoming summer riding season. Full body training tailored to increasing performance on the bike, reducing the risk of injury by building a strong chassis, and working to correct imbalances. Space limited to 12 athletes.
