Crossfit
Home of Targhee CrossFit. Our CrossFit program embraces CrossFit strategies to help increase your general physical preparedness.
Every class is based on these essential components:
Warm up: get the body warm, joints mobilized and prepared for the strength and WOD
Strength: Where our sole-focus is building strength
WOD: Time- or Task-Oriented High Intensity Workout
PostWOD: Cooldown, accessory exercises.
Crossfit Lite
All the challenges of CrossFit without some of the more technical movements. Format is similar to the general CrossFit class with more emphasis on bodyweight movements and light weights.

A full class dedicated to Olympic Weightlifting. This class is for athletes who are looking to develop explosive power and improve their technical skills in the snatch and the clean & jerk. This class is for all levels whether your interested in learning the movements or setting a new PR.
endurance
Endurance classes are a full hour dedicated to cardio. This class uses kettlebells, dumbbells, weighted medballs, plyometrics, core training, stability balls, etc. for a fun total body workout.
Endurance classes are designed to be fun and challenging for athletes of all abilities!
Mobility
A hour class taught by our certified mobility instructor Tracey-Mae that addresses common issues that limit your range of motion. This classes uses foam rollers, balls, stretching and other various tools to help you get into those tight areas. This is a great active recovery class to add to your schedule!
Rowfit
Endurance classes are a full hour dedicated to cardio. This class uses kettlebells, dumbbells, weighted medballs, plyometrics, core training, stability balls, etc. for a fun total body workout.
Endurance classes are designed to be fun and challenging for athletes of all abilities!
Ski Fitness
A seasonal 6-week long strength and conditioning course specifically to get you ready for your winter skiing/snowboarding objectives. This program is specific to skiing/snowboarding and is designed to build strength and endurance and prepare you for the upcoming season.
