The 6-week Health & Nutrition Reset Challenge!

Accountability for tracking your progress throughout the six weeks and the challenge of resetting or establishing some healthy habits into your daily routine.

Recipe of the week.
Community ok like-minded individuals also trying to improve their health!
How it works:
You will have access to our online point tracking app where you will enter your points for each category daily. At the end of each week, we will announce the winner for that week and the nutrition challenge wildcard for the following week. There will be lots of fun prizes to give away! Join the challenge and reset your health in 2021!
Categories to earn points:
Meals. You can earn points here for having your meals include lean protein and vegetables.
- Getting enough sleep.
- Spending time on YOU and relieving daily stress.
- Every week there will be a nutritional wildcard challenge. Here are the wildcards:
- Meal prep.
- Vices, cutting out things like sugar or alcohol.
- Meeting daily protein goals.
- Tracking your food.
- Bringing awareness to how you eat.
- Eliminating processed foods.
