What is Friday Night Lights?
Every Friday Night of the Open, we all do the Open workout of that week at Targhee Athletics. We will have heats running from about 4 - 7pm. Typcially after you complete the workout you get to judge the next heat. We do call for volunteers here and there as well. Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come and cheer everyone on. It is a ton of fun and there is more energy in the gym then you will ever believe! Check out the photo albums from previous years here!

There are two options to get signed up for Friday Night Lights, BOTH come with a super awesome 2018 Targhee Athletics Open T-Shirt or tank!
You would like to sign up for Friday Night Lights AND you would like to register through CrossFit HQ online as well.
Note: you will need to register through games.crossfit.com separately on your own for an additional $20.
