We offer 1-on-1 as well as small group private training.
Private training is designed to address your specific goals and body. Your coach will work with you to assess where you're at, where you'd like to go and how to get there. This is a great option for anyone who has specific concerns or wants to tailor their training to reach a particular goal. You can also use personal training to prepare for our group classes.
In the Hybrid Training program our coaches work with individual athletes to design a tailored training program to achieve a specific goal. The coach and athlete will meet monthly 1-on-1, and converse weekly by email about the training and the athlete’s progress toward success. The athletes can perform the workouts during Open Gym hours at Targhee Athletics.
