6-Week Hockey Pre-Season Training

 

Who: High School Hockey players and Bantums

 

Dates: Tuesday October 1 - Thursday November 7

 

Time: 3:30-4:30pm Tuesday and Thursday

 

Cost: $120 for 6 weeks/ 12 sessions= $10 per class

 

Details:

This class will focus on basic overall conditioning, endurance, adgility, speed, strength, highlighting the importance of integrity and self performance, with team building and support.

Must pre pay for the 6 week session
