Teton Valley Food Pantry, who provides a steady source of food to community members in need and is ensuring people are being fed during these times.

Teton Valley Community Foundation, which has set up an emergency relief fund to support Teton Valley nonprofits affected by COVID-19 in our community. Including front-line service providers addressing public health, serving at-risk populations and nonprofits whose fundamental ability to operate is critically impaired.
What does the 21 day challenge include?
21 days to work on your fitness, nutrition and mental well-being.

Each day you will receive an email detailing the next days challenge!

Things you will need:

A journal or pen and paper

Yourself
FITNESS
You get 3 workouts per week.
Each workout you can do at home.
No equipment needed.
Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.
NUTRITION
Two days will be focused on nutrition. You will receive nutrition tips and advice as well as a daily nutrition challenge. The challenge will be an actionable step that you can take for that day. Step outside your comfort zone and try something new! You are what you eat!
MENTAL WELL-BEING
Two days will be focused on mental well-being. Mindfulness is for everyone! Being present, living a fulfilled life, it all takes practice. There will be tools and exercises to help you practice being mentally "fit" during these times. You are not what you say you are, you are what you do.
