This challenge will combine nutrition and lifestyle habits into a points-based challenge, focused on improving your daily habits in these specific categories:

Recipe of the week.

How it works:
You will have access to our online point tracking app where you will enter your points for each category daily. At the end of each week, we will announce the winner for that week and the nutrition challenge wildcard for the following week. There will be lots of fun prizes to give away! Meals. You can earn points here for having your meals include lean protein and vegetables.
